Tom was an Asst. Prosecutor, Criminal Div. of the Hamilton County Prosecutor's Office, where he prosecuted major felonies. A member of the Cincinnati & Ohio Bar Assoc., as well as the Greater Cincinnati, Ohio and National Assoc. of Criminal Defense Lawyers, he is also Trustee of the Wave Foundation & Corp. Officer of Aquarium Holdings of NKY, Inc., in addtion to serving on the Board of Trustees of Talbert House.
